Home- a place where people find themselves comfort, a place where families stay together, a place where bonds or ties of each family members connects. They are usually searching for apartments and condominiums. Growing families prefers to buy larger size units and often choose an apartment.

Buyers or an investors will buy an apartment when it still on pre-selling because it is much cheaper and more convenient in paying an amortization monthly while RFOs (Ready for Occupancy), may be expensive and less offer in having on a long term payments.
